Estimated Delivery: The orders which the buyer will put on Shringi Store will deliver on the working days excluding public holidays and Sundays. Estimated delivery time is dependent on the product’s availability (In stock) with the seller, and could vary from region. Usually, Shringi Store will dispatch the item through a standard courier service which will reach the buyer within 2-5 working days, but in some cases or remote areas, the parcels will dispatch through Registered Post by Indian Post which will reach the buyer within 3-10 working days. Shipping Policy: The shipping rates will vary with the cost & weight of the product, it will be reasonable and changes according to the time. Shringi Store decides the shipping rates, and will be charged on each item placed on Shringistore website. Shringi Store has all the rights to change shipping rates any time without any notice. Available Product will be shipped within 24 hours of the order placed. Cancellation by Shringi Store Please note there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. In some situations your order is being cancelled, include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or error in product etc. We will contact you if any of your orders is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If all orders are cancelled after your debit/credit card has been charged, the raise amount will be reversed back in your card account. Cancellation by the customer In case we receive a cancellation note from your side and the order has not been processed by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. We will not be able to cancel an order that has already been processed and shipped out of us. SHRINGI STORE has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by SHRINGI STORE and accepts the decision regarding the cancellation. Replacement Policy Books that are purchased can be replaced subject to conditions mentioned below:- Books purchased online will be replaced only if received in a damaged, soiled, misprinted condition or wrong consignment is received. The information through email, about this has to be made within 7 days of receiving the order on email id: [email protected] Cancellation and Refund Cancellation can be done within 24 hours of the order being placed and a return can be requested within 24 hours of the order received. If a customer want to cancel an order after shipment or want to return back the book after delivery due to any reason, both side shipment cost will be borne by the customer. We will process the refund only after receipt of books in our Jaipur office. For the refund purpose, a customer needs to submit bank account details in which he would like to have the refund. Bank details include Account holder Name, A/c no, IFSC code and Branch Name. All this details need to submit online to our email id [email protected]. All cancellations and refunds will be done online mode in 8-10 working days.   Returns Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.   If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
